Engrade

I will be utilizing this program to help keep all of my students and families informed throughout the year. Once I have entered all my classes into the system, I will generate and print out personal id cards for each student.

At that point, each student and parent MUST sign up (see below). They must use the secret password to access their records.

THIS IS ALL STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL and no one can view another's information unless they somehow got the other person's id number (so keep it secret!!!).

ENGRADE is also the place I will detail the homework assigned as we move along, as well as test dates.

What is Engrade?

Engrade is a free online gradebook program that allows students and their parents to see their grades, assignment scores, upcoming homework, and attendance online in real-time. Engrade is web-based, so there is nothing to install and Engrade is ad-supported so it is completely free.

How does it work?

Step 1
Teachers sign up for an online Engrade account, log in, and then assign each student in the class a private Student ID number.

Step 2
Students and their parents sign up for their free online Engrade student account and enter their Student IDs for each class.

Step 3
As soon as a teacher enters a new assignment scores into Engrade, students and their parents can log in and see their updated grades and assignment scores.
